BKD Honored for Staff Training and Development

Training magazine is the leading business publication for L&D professionals. The outlet’s newly rebranded Training APEX Awards (formerly the Training Top 100) ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs.

For the ninth consecutive year, BKD CPAs & Advisors has been named one of the top organizations in the country for internal learning and development (L&D) by Training magazine.

Training magazine is the leading business publication for L&D professionals. The outlet’s newly rebranded Training APEX Awards (formerly the Training Top 100) ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs.

BKD is ranked No. 22 on the 2022 list, which grades organizations by the effectiveness of their employee development programs. BKD was ranked No. 24 last year. The ranking is based on a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including training programs and scope, training infrastructure and delivery, training budget, business outcomes resulting from training, and more.

BKD’s L&D programs include BKD University (BKDU)—an online learning portal—and live and virtual training sessions. BKD live and virtual sessions, along with the materials in BKDU, focus on enhancing technical knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as continual improvement as it relates to leadership, ethics, client service and technology.
